How are you related to your relatives in the us? Unless they are immediate family (parents, brother, sister) im afraid you will be out of luck as only immediate family can petition.
Good luck!

As long you can get here legally. Working visa or immigrant visa, petition by employers or petition by immediate family as immigrant here.

Thread moved to advice on immigration forum to elicit further response as has nothing to do with preparing for NCLEX.
Under what qualifications do you wish to seek a visa? EB3 (visa most nurses fall under) is under retrogression and has a wait of 6-12 years depending on country of birth. Most employers are not willing to hold a job that long. Gaining a US nursing license is one small step in the process. Even family based visas for adult children are under retrogression.
Aunts/uncles/cousins etc are not eligible to sponsor for visas. Suggest you check the USCIS website for more information.

As mentioned long wait ahead and only family that can sponsor are imediate family and even then looking at over 8 years for a immigrant visa
Check out the visa bulletin page for updates
Yes...silverdragon is right. The waits are very long. My grandmother petitioned for my aunt and uncle to come to the u.s. 21 years later thrir petition was finally approved and they will be arriving in September.
I would go to the USCIS website to review the types of visas available and to determine which you qualify for. Just be prepared to wait.
I 'm not sure which country you are from but nursing positions for new graduates are difficult to come by lately. We have graduates taking up to a year or more to find a job. So, in addition to the stress of finding a way to get here, you may find yourself without a job for awhile. Just some thoughts to ponder.
hey thanks for your responses actually my uncle's daughters are doctors working in US for nearly 15 years is there any way they can help me?
hey k girl i am from india
yes they are my father's sister and they are staying since 25 years
Uncles /cousins can't help. Married/adult children of US PR born in India have an 11+ year wait as the current processing date is 08 Dec 02. And adult siblings born in India is 22 Jun 01. See the visa bulletin.
Immediate family = brother sister mother father spouse child
Aunts uncles grandparents cousins grandchildren are not eligible to sponsor.
hi everyone can any one can explain me whether LI visa is applicable for hiring nurses i n us hositals if sponsors are available how much time the processing takes place and plz give me information regarding the visa processing thanks in advance
hi everyone i m from INDIA and i like to work in us as an RN and i cleared my NCLEX RN recently and i need some advice about what to do and how to apply for ;may be some recruting agency;entire process, needed some help plz help
There are very agencies recruiting for new grad/inexperienced nurses for the US. The US has a surplus of citizen & permanent resident new grad/inexperienced nurses seeking work that do not require a high cost sponsorship.
The most common visa is EB3 (approx 6-8 year wait/backlog) and H1B (experienced specialist nurses. Closed for the current fiscal year. Most nurses do not qualify)
L1 visa is not intended for nurses.
