Not sure about hospitals but for the boards, everything you have ever done is subject to their eyes. Be up front and honest about EVERYTHING!

I just had a background check done for a potential employer. It went back >20 years, and unfortunately had MANY errors. They had me living at 4 different addresses at the same time, and living at 2 addresses that do not exist. I am hoping that they will make some attempt to correct this, but who knows? :icon_roll

A looooong time. If you don't fess up and they find it, it will not look good for you. Better to fess up and have them say "Oh, that's way before what we're interested in."

I just ordered one about a month ago. I'm only 21, and the report shows me never existing before age 18 and 2 months lol.
From what I believe I know, nothing before the age of 18 will show up criminally. And from what my report shows, I guess addresses from previous residences don't show up before age 18.
