Im a B student, I dont fail, I am now in advanced med surg and I am not doing well. I cant give up but my confidence is a level zero. I've been sad all day and I cant pick myself up. I need encouragement, I feel like I am too close now to fail. I'm studying and reading and doing questions but I cant seem to pass the test. What do I do know. I cant stop crying.

Take a deep breath Brandy.......ok is it the content? or is the teaching different? or maybe just so stressed that things are not sticking? Take a moment to breathe, calm down and tell yourself that you CAN do this! Do you have any friends in the class that you can study with? Get together over coffee or sodas or something? Sometimes just finding out how someone else remembers things will also work for you. But don't give up, I beleive you can and WILL be able to do this!!!:)

Go to your teachers and see what help they can offer in addition to the advice above.
Dont give up.

I agree with mybrowneyedgirl. Speak to your instructor- maybe they can give you some tips or pointers, or help you identify where your strengths and weaknesses are, so you can focus on what you need to improve.
Good luck!
