Help with fluids and electrolytes!

Hi everyone! Ok, I need some help. I'm in second semester of the ADN program and we're finishing up our 8 week rotation in OB. The second part of the semester is back to med/surg which I also did in first semester. I kinda struggled with my f&e because I had some trouble in physiology. I know f&e is a critical part of nursing, so I really want to get this concept down pat. Any suggestions? Like ways you studied it or books that helped? Thanks for any help provided, I really appreciate it! :)

I used a book called 'Fluid & Electrolytes a 2-in-1 reference for Nurses' by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins. It really helped me understand it! Good luck!
