Help with a class paper

I am in my last semester of Nursing school, and we have to write a paper on a nursing clinical problem that could be addressed. For example, "the importance or hand hygiene" but we can not use this one. I am interested in working in the ER and potentially working on the emergency helicopter, and I would like to write my paper on some type of problem within the ER or helicopter. My mind is just drawing a blank and I can not come up with a nursing problem within the ER. So I would greatly appreciate any responses with some problems within the ER or helicopter, that has to deal with nursing, that you know is an issue today.
