is this a good nursing diagnosis

i have a pt with right foot cellulities and i need to do a cultural care plan for her. I was trying to come up with a nursing diagnosis that shows that she is spiritually distress because she cannot go to church. And i dunno where to begin.

What exactly is the right foot pain? I think it's a great diagnosis, i just got lost at the 'foot pain' part. Are you just trying to avoid using a medical diagnosis?

you need something that shows there is spiritual distress in the diagnosis.... spiritual distress, related to inability to attend church services due to foot pain, as evidenced by _____.

I got lost with the foot pain...

Drop the "due to right foot pain". But otherwise looks good. You may want a second opinion as i'm just a first semester.
