HELP:crying2: i really dont know where to start. where do i go, to get an application form for nclex. im really confused. and can you pls tell me what are the states that doesn't need cgfns. pls pls i really need help. calling nurses who have a kind heart. thank you very much

Much has already been written about applying to the US for licensure. You are not applying for NCLEX that is just a part of the process. Suggest you start by reading the sticky called Primer to working in the US. All application forms can be found on the BON/BRN website just search for site and check it out making sure you look for requirements for foreign trained nurse
