Help! Bad pop up, brn don't have my transcript welcome to cali!

I took the nclex 8/29/2012, I thought i did well; 6 hours, 265 question later. I went turned did the pvc trick and received the "BAD POP UP". Living in Ca there is no such thing as fast result. After crying for 30 long mins, I called my mother, who said " I'm a nurse, I'm old school and i don't trust that trick! I feel you pass! Call the BRN!" This morning I decide to call the BRN and was told "their unable to give me any info until i turn in my transcripts ARE INCOMPLETE." My question is, why would they approve me to take the test if my file wasn't complete! I called my school and was told "my transcripts are on hold because I owe 10,000 and I will not be able to get my transcripts until I pay them in full. " (THAT I DON'T HAVE!)

I devoted my whole life to nursing school. I'm a single mother who work full time and study all day! I already had a position waiting from me! I'm very depressed because I don't have 10,000 to pay the school, or the 350 to take the test, or 45 days to wait to retest! I really confused about life, and don't know what to do next! Feeling like I should just give up! God please help me!

    So sorry for this unfortunate situation. In my school, they won't let you graduate when you owe them money specially that large of an amount. I just don't understand that.

    I remember one time when i had to pay installment and was constantly reminded to pay the remaining balance before i can go to the next semester.
