Help with Applying for NCLEX.

I'm getting so frustrated to the point where I want to pull my hair out. It's so annoying because first of, I already put in the educational program code but the site won't let me move forward.

Here's my screenshot of it.

How come it says that they can't find the criteria? I know I studied in Prime Career College which IS in Vallejo, California and I entered the right program code. What's wrong?

I would call Pearson. My guess is that it's a glitch in their computer system, and rather than getting more and more frustrated, a simple phone call could probably remedy this.

Try deleting the program code, and Vallejo. Just browse through California.

Guys, I understand what happened now. It's supposed to be US number 04000200 not the letter O. The problem is, that's what it was written in the letter that I had received from the board. They should've put the number 0. It was frustrating but fortunately, my mom helped me out.
