Help me answer this question

Hey guys! please help me answer this question:

How to prevent footdrop in a CVA patient

A. Putting Sheepskin on a patients feet

B. Wear High Topped Tennis Shoes

C. Propping the patients feet in an internally rotated position with sandbags

D. Placing trochanter rolls along the lateral margin of the patients thigh and legs.

I have to take my NCLEX in a few months, its almost 1 year siince Ive past the CGFNS and it seems like i have forgotten all the knowledge I have acquired from my CG exam last July05. I am using the Saunders Green Book (2nd edition), I dont have the blue one, do u think I should buy it?

Good morning,

I hope all is well. I believe that the answer is B-Wear High Topped Tennis shoes. This prevents footdrop in a client with CVA...I remember reading it in the Saunders review....Good luck on your NCLEX and I will pray for your passing......Have a great day...

peace,
