I have moved your post to the International forum and suggest you read the threads called Primer to working in the US and also threads on retrogression as you will be affected by it

There is no best agency from the Philippines for working in the US. All are going to take $5 per hour from your pay, and perhaps even more. Which adds up to about $10,000 per year.
