Hi Everyone. My name is Dusty. I am new here. I live in San Antonio, TX.

Been in nursing since 2001. I have worked adult ICU only. I have been Thinking of going into ER or Labor and Delivery.

Anyone else here from San Antonio. Any suggestions or comments.
