heeelpppppppppppp!!

i'm trek i just graduated from nursing and i want to take the nclex exam. can somebody help me because some of my friends are telling me to take the exam in Hongkong some says in Saipan I am just wodering where is the right place to took the exam? tnx a lot

Dont you need to take the exam in the country you want to work in ? ( kind of just bumping this one up )

Example: If I wanted to work in Australia..I wouldnt go to Italy to take the test. :p I dont think.......

hi nurse_trek! what's the difference? i think there is no right place. it depends on when you're gonna take it..because, i know that hongkong's already full until the end of december. but most say, that taking the exam in hongkong is easier ( i mean with the process and all ). try asking review centers so that the decision will be easier for u..:)

NCLEX exam is not just offered in the US, it is offered by Pearson-Vue in quite a few countries around the world. This makes it easier for foreign nurses to take the exam.

And Saipan is a US territory and they use the NCLEX exam for working there, just like the mainland.

You cannot just apply to take the NCLEX exam, you need to apply to a state first and get permission to sit for the exam. Please decide where you wish to work, and then look at the Board of Nursing website for that state, and follow the instructions for License by Examination.......

Where you take the exam makes no difference, Hong Kong does not require a visa, Saipan requires a short stay three day visitor visa.

hello. it doesn't really matter whether you'll take the NCLEX in Hongkong or Saipan. I think the difficulty of the exam is the same. Why? Well, I took the exam in Hongkong, and the computer stopped at 75 and thanks God, i passed while my friend who also took it at the same time failed. My other friend who took it in Saipan passed also while one of my friend also failed.We have the same review center so what I'm actually sayin is, ITS THE SAME..just study hard and love NCLEX by heart and choose a testing center that will please you.
