HCC ADN Program (Fall 08)

I totally understand I am also having a hard time reading. I guess it feels so good to finally have a break!!! I am really going to try to focus tomorrow so I can at least be a little ahead.

I think the day program is doing PEDI first.

I also heard that Ms. Grant is coming back :) THANK GOD... bc she is straight to the point.

Yup, it looks like she will be there weekly. Ms. John, Ms. Mosqueda, Ms. Rich, and Ms. Grant will be the theory faculty. I am not sure if shes doing clinicals...

That is the best news I have heard all week I am so excited!!!

It is great news! I am super excited bc shes truly an awesome teacher. She let us record her over the summer in pharm and I hope she still does! When she explains things, they are just crystal clear.

How is your reading coming along?

I can't seem to concentrate. I am trying to get alot done around here before class starts. Spending time with the fam, cleaning, etc. What about you?

I'm in the same boat as you I have been trying to concentrate I just have so many other things to get done before school starts so I can give school most of my attention. I got the first couple of chapters read and I also studied the math so I guess that should be okay well I at least hope that is okay.

Did any of you on allnurses receive a phone call from the ADN office? They called a few of my friends and they HAVE TO switch to the evening classes for the semester. RIDICULOUS.

Wow I didn't get any phone call but I guess that is the hold up on the yellow slips, too many students:confused:

Well thats good that you didn't! Going to the evening classes is not cool if your are use to the day. Plus, alot of these folks work and have families. Not cool.

Take your math book on tuesday. Looks like they will go over the pedi math and we will be tested the following week on it. I am buckling down on the reading now!
