Hey guys, so I'm having some difficulty coming out with a second nursing diagnosis for my colostomy patient. Quick info, 22 yo male with Crohn's disease with subhepatic abscess, had a colostomy bag, it was replaced, along with a left and right JP drain. he is NPO. Labs are all pretty normal besides increased CK, and decreased H/H. I already used impaired skin integrity. Can't use risk for infection because he has one, ineffective airway clearance doesn't really apply. Normal I/O's.
Any suggestions?
