hi. i know how you're feeling. i'm in the same boat. i really don't like the wait. i took my test on thursday and now im just waiting to see my results. i'm very nervous. my test ended at 88 questions all of which i though were extremely difficult. i always seemed to be torn in trying to decide between two answer choices. my questions had a lot of isolation precaution questions and a good handful of priority questions. however, i really don't know if that was enough. how did you feel after you stepped out? did you say that you took your test in cali? from what i heard sometimes the results are not posted online until 48-72 hours after testing. however, to know whether or not you officially passed or fail is once you get a letter in the mail from the board of nursing which comes within 3-4 weeks.
i felt empty and like sleep walking i did not know if i could drive home...,,,should i cry or laugh...it was a very strange feeling i had never before...... i dont know why.....i junt need to know=passed;faild so i could plan again what to do

Biggest question, which state did you take the exam for, and which exam? RN or the PN?

I heard it takes up to a week or more in California.
hey hamburg. have you received your results from cali? im still waiting on mine. i checked the online website to see if my name appeared however, it did not. i'm not trying to get myself too bummed out but i feel a sense of defeat. i called pearson vue to see if they have the "quick" results but the customer service said that cali does not participate in that and we would have to wait for the official letter in the mail between 4-6 weeks.
hi michw2. correct me if i'm wrong but did you happen to take the NCLEX-RN more than one time and if you did how did you study differently compared to the first time? I heard you talking about Suzanne's study review. I tried sending her a message saying that I'm interested in her review. Does she want you to dedicate 6 weeks doing Saunders and than take the test or do Saunders material for 6 weeks and then do some other stuff she has planned for you? Please I need some advice. I'm waiting for my test results but I don't think it looks good for me. Thanks
still waiting myself. i called the board of registered nursing and asked if the online website and the letter were the only means of finding out if a person pass and the person agreed. The woman said that postings online are made thru pearson and are made 3-4 days after a person has taken the test. However, the official notification is the mail.

i also called up the board of registered nursing awhile ago and they said that they couldnt disclose any information on the phone. they might lose their job if they do that.
