    You go to the Texas board of nursing website and see what the requirements are for someone who has your education and background. Find out what you will need to send in along with your application from the board of nursing.

    You may want to start from changing your visa status, as you cannot legally work with H4.

    Starting point would be getting Nurse registration sorted as you can't sit NCLEX until the state says ok. Then the difficulty will be finding employer willing to go the H1b route as immigrant visa for someone born in India is over a decade.
