GSU 2021 Spring

I just applied . im sooo nervous because I feel like my stats are low compared to past cohorts .

overall : 3.76 

science : 3.55 

TEAS : 82 & 253 volunteer hrs 

I’m applying for Gsu downtown traditional track. I’m super worried because my stats are not impressive enough. 
GPA science : 3.69

TEAS: 84

volunteer hours : 94

I know that nursing program at GSU downtown is extremely competitive. Just try to stay positive and wait for the results. What comes will come. Goodluck for y’all.

yeah I've been trying to keep positive .this sounds bad but im hoping not many arent applying to downtown for Spring because there are almost nooo discussion boards on it .

I called nursing advisor and they told me that this semester has less applicants than last semester. But still competitive, I’m just praying that mine are good enough to get 1 seat ?.

It’s way better than mine ?

Seriously I have wanted this for so long..... at this point I really want to also go to GSU because of location as well. I have applied to schools that are almost 2 hours away ?. im praying so hard to get in at GSU ... however I have to be realistic with the amount of 4.0 and people who have the really high GPA’s. And they only have 30/35 spots for each part... traditional/Ace. Good luck everyone

Yo I know right. There are a TON of geniuses applying for this program. I’m so nervous. I applied for only traditional track, I’m thinking about applying for ACE track also. We still have at least one more month to wait. I seriously hate this waiting game!!. 

I just hope the recommenders have sent their stuff in. I’m nervous! But I can’t sit another year out...

Wait what? You still waiting on your recommendation letters? Keep rushing them, don’t feel bad to bother them. 

Just 1 ?... I’m like at this point... I will get my doctor to give me one if I need too. I’m sure she will do it today.

haha I forsure just had to remind one of my recommenders yesterday about the due date & she said she would get right on it . im praying for either GSU or Perimeter . if not im gonna go to Chamberlain . im paying out of state tuition so the GSU ABSN cost & Chamberlain cost is about the same

I applied for ACE track . ugh and it doesnt help that im taking classes at perimeter so they don't do the +/- system haha . im sooo nervous
