Hello! I am new to this.. wanted to introduce myself. I am 28 years old, working at MCC Cancer Center at ucsd in san diego, ca as an oncology nurse case manager. I am looking to move to vicenza, italy with my boyfriend within the next year and am wondering if anyone has any info or insight in rn jobs? especially, m-f as a case manager. i am flexible though. let me know if anyone has any ideas or insight.. thanks!

You need to speak Itlian fluently, to the point of passing their language exam, and passing the Italian nursing exam, in Italian. That is before you can even get to the immmigration part of it all.
Not sure if you are aware of these requirements. You are also looking at about 18 months to complete the procedure.
Case Management in Europe is quite different from what is practiced in the US, in most countrries. I suggest looking into that aspect before even applying for a job in that area.
