Grady RN Residency Program 2019

Hi, has anyone received an invitation from Grady to interview for their January/February 2019 Cohort? I received an email about a month ago and have not heard back.

That's including the 2.75 right?...

No, not to my knowledge. I believe the $2.75 is if you were to work the evening shift (3p-11:30p) while the $3.50 is for the night shift (11p-7a). Depending on what shift you work, the differential is in addition to the base pay rate.

Yea i totally understand that! However, working 7p-7a technically one would be working evening and night. So I was just wondering if both apply. Most night shift differentials have just a flat rate. So that kind of caught my eye.

Ahh ok got it! Yeah, I doubt that both apply but it would be great if it did!

Hi everyone! Random question but is there anyone relocating to GA for the residency program in this chat? I'm so overwhelmed with the move. Is anyone else going through the same thing?

Hey! Yea I’m actually moving this Saturday! It’s going to be rough with all that Super Bowl traffic!

After you guys received the new grad questionnaire how long after turning them in did it take before you heard back about interviews?

I have a question for some of y'all that interviewed at Grady. How were the interview questions? Was it more behavioral or scenario?

Has anyone heard back from Grady after critical care interviews for summer 2019?

@nurse201999 I got two job offers on the spot for Med Surg. But I haven't heard anything back yet... I contacted the nurse managers and Kimberly but no response. I turned down other offers and interviews for this spot so I hope to hear back from them soon but it's already been over two weeks and im getting nervous...
