Mostly they are but you won't know for sure until you let your school send in the transcripts and CA Board of Registered Nursing has evaluated it. You have to do everything while still here in PH before you fly back to CA.
Also, monitor CA BRN's website on anything about local license req't. There has been unconfirmed reports that they will soon require it and so would have to take the local boards and pass it if they will soon require it.
thanks for the reply!

A BSN is a BSN, no matter where it was obtained.
Many grad school programs want to see work experience as an RN first, especially for the foreign grad. You will also find it easier to pay for school if your employer foots part of the bill, if not all.
Would not do a thing until after you have started working here first, things are done very differently here than what you did in the Philippines in your clinicals.
Best of luck to you.

you may want to check out colleges/universities website in the state of ca. i try to inquire about grad schools, and so far, i didn't have any hard time applying just because i am a foreign grad nurse.good luck to you.
