GMU ABSN 2022 Entry

Me! Finger crossed decisions are sent sooner than later 

I applied!

The last I heard, they said mid-March.  I hope that's true.

I saw a thread from a year or two ago that stated they got their decisions around March 22/23

Just got an email from GMU. Got all excited. It was just the general "you have been admitted as a transfer student" thing. Boo!

Just got my transfer acceptance letter as well! Nervously waiting for the ABSN letter ?

Btw, how many transfer credits did yall get transferred? I noticed I only got 90 transferred including the prereqs. Is that how it’s supposed to be?

I had 90 too, so I'm assuming that's normal. I am working on a few pre-reqs now that finish in May. I think I'm going to email the department and ask for an update on decisions.

I got notified last night that I got into the GW program but at more than 3x the price, I'd rather go to GMU. They want a response soon, so I'd like to know ASAP.  

I had 91 credits transfer over, the rest that didn't were upper-level courses from my first degree so that makes sense. 

Also, I checked my nursing application portal today and the under review step has already been completed... anyone else?

You're right; it's marked as completed. Decision/Notification is marked as Not Started. I did email the program asking for an update (I'm sure they are getting tons of people asking...). I'll let you know when/if I hear back.

Got an email back. They said they are reviewing applications. "Mid-March, if not sooner" was the response.
