I am getting really nervous about taking the NCLEX on Tuesday . I have been studying quite extensively over the last month or so. I have taken Kaplan courseroom class and did okay. I have been doing their question trainer and getting scores of 77% but today I got a 61% on one of their longer tests and was distracted. I have also been doing NCLEX 3000 and getting scores around 80. I have done most of Kaplan online videos as well. I am afraid it the "anxiety nerves" getting the best of me again. Any suggestions for my last 24 hours of studying prior to NCLEX???? I had 265 and the anxiety got the best of me then...

I am also taking Kaplan and we were told that as far as the C/D that 45-50% is considered passing, so It sounds like you are doing fine.
But you need to stop freaking yourself out, you have done everything you can to prepare for this test, you are ready for it. Don't let your anxiety's get the best of you.
Good luck to you, but you will do fine. BE POSITIVE!!!!
Write and let us know when you get your RN, if you test on Tuesday you will have it by Thursday. This will be a GREAT week for you. :)

If by Tuesday you mean tomorrow, may I suggest?
No more studying !!! Stop studying and do something relaxing today. Go to a movie or read a book other than nursing material or go bowling something to help you relax and quit stressing. The best thing for you to do now is relax and tell yourself it will be ok, you have studied, you know your stuff! Get a full 8 hours of sleep tonight, DO NOTstudy prior to the test, if you have a morning time just take your time getting ready a long shower etc. and be there on time(for morning appnt. I personally would not eat prior)if it is an afternoon appnt eat lite but do not go in hungry!
You will be fine just think the questions through and answer logically, and remember it is CAT (computer adaptive testing see link)and you will NOT answer all correct.
Good Luck
