Hi guys , I'm currently in a LPN PROGRAM and I'm full time on Tuesday evening I made the change to part time due to personal reasons. Now full time is orginally mon-Friday 830-230 clinicals are Thursday Friday 8-2 we just started clinical last Friday 8-1 and today I would technically have to go today and tomorrow but since I'm starting part time on Monday I didn't think I i had to go to clinicals today or tomorrow being that I'm no longer full time! Keep in mind they full time takes 10 months to complete and part time 20 months and clinicals for part time don't start until March. The clinical director emailed me and said I'm marked absent for today and tomorrow becauSe I'm still considered full time ... and thst i have to make up clinical because I missed two and have to pay 200 dollars for both... correct me if I'm wrong but is this okay? Or should I say something being that i don't understand how it affect my clinical experience being that now that im I part time starting Monday and their clinicals don't start until March...
