Hi! I already know Whitney, but I thought I'd post here too! Ill be in class 149 for CNM as well. :) my many is Ashley. :) How are you planning to travel there? I'll be coming from OKC. It's a 14 hour drive, so I'm looking at airfare.
I'm flying in as well. Too long of a drive by myself. It will be my first flight by myself though í ½í¸

How long did it take for you all to hear back? I just submitted my application Feb 19. Waiting is terrible!
I submitted mine first week in January and heard back Feb. 22nd.
After reading a bunch of threads on here, I was actually surprised at how quickly I heard back. One of the new admission advisors said in the frontier nursing hopefuls Facebook group that they are really trying to work on their admission process so that people can make plans to attend frontier bound. Our applications were due February 1 and we got our acceptance letters Monday of the last week of February!

Accepted into the FNP track. Still contemplating the drive from Florida vs. flying. I have never driven in mountainous terrain before. Does anyone know if the elevation or foothills are terrifying for newbies. I would love the scenery in the drive. I am so excited!!!!
Have you driven this route previously? Is it too overwhelming for someone who hasn't driven n mountainous terrain before?
