Hi guys! I'm so happy to find this thread! I just finished applying for class 149! I'm so excited, terrified, nervous! LOL! I was going to apply for 151, but as I was finishing up my package this week, I noticed they pushed the due date for 149 to February 1st, so I thought, why not? Can't wait to hear when you all get accepted!

I just applied for 149 too. :) Did you notice they moved the due date from Jan. 13th to Feb. 1? I was about to submit my application for class 151 (as I thought I had missed the 149 deadline) when I noticed it yesterday. Ugh, the wait is going to kill me!

Ahh that's nerve racking. They offered to push me up to 148 and I asked to stick with 149 so I could start in the summer. So if they pushed the date back, that is that much longer to wait to find out if I got in. Where is everyone from?

Hopefully they'll still let us know 6-8 weeks before FB. I'm from Dallas, applied for CNM.

misswhitney, how long after you submitted your application did they ask if you wanted to move up a class? Just curious. :) I literally just turned mine in for 149 yesterday. It just makes me wonder if they haven't been getting a lot of applications which is why they pushed the due date up for 149.

It was right before the deadline. I submitted it January 2nd, they received it and notified me, then sent me an e-mail about being in the 148 class. Maybe because the due date for 149 and 148 were literally a week apart? I hope I get in first time and not waitlisted or not accepted.

I am in Jacksonville, FL, so all the way on the east coast.

Ah yes that's makes sense. :) it's funny how some due dates are like a week or two apart. Yes I'm right there with you! I've read so many threads of people with better stats than mine not getting in, but they are usually for FNP. I have a friend in their FNP program right now and she said it was pretty competitive getting in because of such a high saturation of nurses going for FNP.

Are people still waiting to hear about class 148? I still haven't heard anything.
