Hello, good luck to everyone.

Hi, Itisme123

Thanks for the opening this thread! Good luck!

About the question, you asked from last year thread, I am not going to send the official TEAS test transcript because I received a reply from Fresno State Nursing Admissions that

" do not need you to send official TEAS test transcript, because we only require applicants to submit the unofficial TEAS Individual Performance Profile to their NursingCAS applications"

I might call tmrw to check it again.

Hi all,

I applied here a few days ago. My GPA is 3.97 and 88 on my TEAS.

However, I am worried about my application. Since I applied to CSULA in January all of my information was saved on NursingCAS. I submitted my new app to FS with all college courses for the Transcript Entry and included other info such as volunteer hours in the supporting info quadrant. I know that Fresno State only requires pre-reqs to be inputted and awards no points for "Supporting Information" tab, but I was unable to delete the unnecessary info from NursingCAS. I will check with them to make sure I am still eligible.

lovelycassie, thank you for your reply. I meant for the message from the old thread to be directed at you but since I am just learning this platform, I accidentally directed it to that other user.

chocoroo, WOW! those are amazing stats. Is Fresno State your first choice?

I applied to Fresno too. My Stats are 4.0GPA and 85.3 on the TEAS. Really not sure if I did the applications right. I know I missed uploading my unofficial transcript but Fresno e-mailed me and had me send it directly to them. I also applied to SDSU and CSU Channel Islands. I doubt I get into SDSU so hoping Fresno or Channel Islands works out. Good luck everyone.

Itisme123, Fresno State is my third choice. I hope to get into CSULA which is my dream school. SDSU is my second choice but unfortunately today I was denied admission. However I had the option to join the waitlist which seems like a good sign!

Also I contacted Fresno State nursing admissions and they said it was okay that I listed all of my classes in the Transcript Entry portion. Now time to wait... I hope everyone receives good news in the months to come!

Hello all,

Does anyone know the cutoff stats for the last cycle?

Good luck to y'all.

Hi Chocoroo,

Congrats on your 3.97! Is that your pre-req GPA or accumulative?

Hi, I don't know the cutoff but when I read last year fall 2019 thread, it looks like 3.8- was waiting list. Someone who has 3.88 was on waiting list and she or he admitted later.

Thank you! I have 3.97 for both my overall and 8 pre reqs GPA.

Hello everyone!
I applied to the nursing program at Fresno for fall 2020 too. My GPA is a 4.0 and my TEAS score is not that good. I got a 78 and I didn’t have time to retake it again.

WOW!! Good job everyone!

I just submitted my application yesterday, I am really nervous, I hate having to wait for so long to find out the results.

For transfers, has anybody heard from the university itself on admissions?

I know the wait is going to be a long one. I am a transfer student and I haven’t heard anything.
