Fresh Grad usage

hello everyone,

Im a foreign grad nurse graduated 3 years ago.

Placing terms like "fresh grad" is kinda misleading to my potential employer.

any ideas of what should i write instead?

You are neither a new grad nor fresh grad. Perhaps "recently licensed registered professional nurse" try to eloquently explain you lapse from graduation to licensing in a cover letter as you will need to explain your lack of practice experience.

Honestly depending on which state you are trying to work in, this may be a huge barrier as quite a few areas have an abundance of both new grad/newly licensed nurses AND experienced general & specialty nurses seeking employment. Many new grad residencies/training programs are limited to licensed nurses who graduated in the last 3-6 months.

Good luck.
