Going to what country. I understand some agencies in the Middle East are recruiting nurses. It seems AUS , NZ, UK, CAN and USA have no need to recruit from overseas as they have a sufficient pool of citizen, permanent resident and already in country. & working visa nurses right now.

I live in Texas. And i got RN license from Texas. I am on dependent visa,so i am facing difficulty in finding jobs.

You need to be asking for H1b and that is usually hospitals that go for them not agencies. If looking for immigrant visa then as EB3 born in India looking at over a 10 year wait currently for visa. Even if you find hospital willing to go the H1b route you will in most cases have to wait until April for employer to file with Oct start date. Only exception is if none profit hospital or education establishment which are not affected by the cap

I believe you stated in another post that you only have a nursing diploma, not BSN and 5 years non-specialty experience. Usually H1B is BSN and/or 10+ years paid specialty nursing experience.

Is doing a RN to BSN degree program an option? I think you may have a difficult time qualifying for a H1B specialist visa with your current credentials and experience.
