foreign grad which state should I apply for?

Hello! I am a new BSN graduate from the Philippines. I am a dual citizen. I have family in California and would like to work there but I've heard how hard it is to get my license there because of concurrency. So now I'm considering other states such as Oregon, Washington, Hawaii and Nevada. Any tips on how living and working conditions are in those places? I appreciate any comments and suggestions

Agree with Pangea Reunited, check the regional postings, North Dakota's market seems promising for new grads.

appreciate it :)

You should go ahead and apply anyways, knowing that the application could very well be declined due to the concurrency issue and or lack of certain courses. It's a gamble of your non-refundable fees but at least you'll know where you stand and how to resolve the situation once you receive the CA BRN letter.

You can also try to go the LVN-RN route in CA or try to re-take the deficient courses to get the ATT, as long you do so within the three (3) year limitation for complete your application.

If you decide those are options you don't want to go thru and plan to apply out of state, your best answer is which of those states you mentioned do you wish to start planting your roots (buy a house, start a family etc). As it was mentioned to you earlier from the other posters, look into the other State forums here and look at those trying to find a job as to how their own job search is going.
