Foreign educated nurses, refresher course

This is the best one I found.

I sent my wife application into Texas a few months ago and the approved her to sit for NCLEX and never said anything about Refresher Course. She graduated like 2006 in Philippines and has only worked like 1.5 year. I figured they told a person they needed a refresher course after they passed NCLEX.

I have searched a few in Texas and I like these people the best.

I haven't yet taken my nclex sir,I'm sorry for misleading you I was stressing out because of the letter when I wrote this post í ½í¸ƒ. Is your wife done with her requirements for the nclex? Like her fingerprint,the Pearson vue, or her nursing jurisprudence? I haven't completed mine yet since i registered last July 16.

She done all her requirements. I did most of them when she was still stuck in Philippine.

We did the fingerprints in Texas. She has been issued ATT for NCLEX exam.

You can't complete the refresher course until after you pass NCLEX.

It is two parts, Classroom (mostly online) and then actual hospital where you basically shadow a RN, and to do that you need to have passed NCLEX exam.

When is your wife's examination date? I have a question regarding my application in nclex sir. When I registered online for the exam it says in the application that I filled in that they don't allow spaces in the first name,since my first name consist of 2 words with spaces which is Wellen Joy I decided to put wellenjoy. And now when I logged in to check my status in texas bon site,it only says wellen as my first name even on the letter that they sent me yesterday. Have you ever heard this kind of problem sir? If you have,will I have a serious problem about this? What should I do about this? Thank you for the response ,I really appreciate this.

She has NCLEX on September 21st.

Hi I have a clarification regarding the experience, (Bon) did they send you a letter asking for your experience? How did the Bon verified that you have experience in the Philippines?

They sent me a letter regarding the refresher course that I need to take it after I pass nclex-rn. They base their decision in your information when you register the exam. In regards to checking your experience, I don't have any about that since they sent me a letter already that I need to take the course.

Okay.. They sent me a letter asking about my experiences.. And I don't have any experience at all since I got my degree last 2003, does it mean that I need to take the whole program of nurse? Or FEns?
