Food tripping

we all know that "unconscious" food cravings can either be because of stress or depression. it becomes the sweetest vice anyone could make. in the floor that i work in, eating becomes our comfort zone. it relieves our stress (at least it makes us feel relieved) but is it healthy? then some would reason out "it is" because it neutralizes the stress that work is causing us. It's either we have lots of things to do or we don't have much to do we eat...a LOT! i'm not sure if it's really healthy though..but FOOD makes us HAPPY! our vice, our happiness. :clown:

Yes, food is definitely comforting to me during times of stress and/or emotional upheaval. I have quite a mean appetite when I am feeling stressed out.

I'm trying to wean myself onto carrot sticks to help avoid sugary foods but still get that satisfying crunch.

mmmmmmm chocolate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMCHOCOLATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am the opposite. I lose my appetite when I am stressed.
