I did a search on my phone but didn't get many useful results. We will be going over F&E (Fundamentals) next week. I'm just now starting to do the reading so I'm just looking for general tips and tricks that helped you through F&E, normal values, and their respective imbalances.
I found a mnemonic or two online (ex A Sic Walt, ROME) but was wondering what was useful to you, anything not mainstream? Mnemonics, thought process, study guides, etc all welcome.

Like normal values for sodium, calcium, potassium and such? Each school is different and goes by different lab values although they are close. I guess I would wait for lecture. I don't want to tell you anything that would be off for you. You don't have a lab value book? We had to buy one first semester. I think it came with all of our book bundles.

How I learned is using flashcards. Whenever I am at work, at the gym, studying, whatever I just pull my cards out
