if you have experience it may be a bit more, the one I work for around 20$ hr for a new grad, I've heard the larger ones pay a little bit more, and there are night shift differentials, BSN gets you a little more as well, and not alot of raises going on, but they haven't cut staff or changed ratios so can't complain a whole lot

I was thinking about relocating and maybe applying at flagler hospital in Florida. Can anyone give me any information on the work environment, training, pay scale, etc. Thanks!!
