FL Hosp./ORMC Salaries

Hello,

I'm currently a RN in Orlando and am considering applying to Florida Hospital and/or ORMC. I have 4 years of experience in ER, Step Down and am currently in MH Case Management.

I can't find anything about salaries at FL Hospital or ORMC--and am hoping some fellow RNs can share info. I don't want to waste anyone's time and apply if the salary is much less than my current hourly rate of approx $31/hr.

    I applied with only 2 years er experience and an asn. The payrates in central florida were insulting. I was offered 22.50 at florida hospital and 24.50 at orlando regional medical center. I accepted at ormc and negotiated up a dollar. FH justifies is low base rates with high differentials, which aren't that high, as well as a $10000 sign on bonus for er and icu nurses from out of the area, though the bonus is extremely stretched out.

    You may be offered more with a bsn and more experience though.
