finished in 75 questions!

I took the nclex this morning, it shut off after 75 question! wow I am nervous, I have never felt like i knew nothing in my life like I did when I was sitting there. I am concerned with failing because I missed the last question which was a med question. Did anyone hear or know that if you miss the last question you fail? I had 6 SATA too it was crazy!

yeah the SATA is the select all that apply questions.

Hey Ajms24,

Congrats on taking the NLCEX.. Hey think POSITIVE FROM RIGHT NOW ON.... ONLY THINK POSITIVE AS THIS WILL ATTRACT THE SAME. I wanted to share with you something although its not to give false hope but I will share it with you. My brother took the Nclex like 2 months ago. He also stopped at 75 questions and he also had a med question as his last question and he missed it. Guess what? He passed!!!!! I believe that meds being a higher level quesiton even though yuo miss it it was still high level and the fact that you stopped at 75 gives me the impression you made it!!! In any event Please keep me posted. I WISH YOU THE BEST!!! Remember think POSITIVE!!! Sending all the Luck your way.

I don't want to give you false hope either, but if I understood other nursing students that have taken it, you can go up to 200 questions? This is in MA. Apparently, you only keep answering questions if you keep getting them wrong, so the fewer questions answered means you passed. Just my two cents. Hope I'm right for your sake.:yeah:

Wow, I just posted up the same thoughts on another thread... I took mine yesterday and finished up at 75. I felt the SATA questions I had were pretty easy as well. I'm not sure if it was easy cuz I studied hard or if they were easy cuz I was below passing... Well good luck to ya, and hopefully we both pass!
