May 29, 201511 yr Experts I found mine while in nursing school and it was as much about the type of people who gravitate to my specialty as it was an interest in the patients and their diagnoses. The value of your team can be underrated so I would recommend checking out the employee dynamics and see where you feel comfortable.
May 29, 201511 yr I found mine in my LAST semester of nursing school. I was so scared that I wouldn't find the specialty I fit in to...but that ER rotation changed my life! I absolutely love ER nursing and cannot see myself doing anything else. Ever. LolYou will find your niche. Just keep an open mind during clinicals and it will find you :)
