finding employer after bridging program

hi , I need your precious advise regarding this matter. I am a Registered nurse here in the Philippines working in tertiary hospital in med/surgical floor for a year now with two years contract to work. I am a second courser and turning 41 years old this year. I want to be a nurse there in Australia and if possible migrate there with my family. I have 2 kids aged 7 and 8. I want to know if I still have a chance to find an employer that will sponsor me and family for a visa after I finish the bridging program, I be will 43 or 44 by then...please enlighten me, coz my family and I really want to transfer and live there with our relatives in Adelaide but I don't want to waist money and time if I will not be able to find an employer after the bridging program because of my age..thanks in advance..
