FGCU Fall 2012

I'd like to know, too! Anyone? I guess this is the 6th week...waiting is torture, lol!

Apps were due Feb 1. I know we aren't supposed to find out until late March/early April, but who else has applied and waiting on acceptance for Florida Gulf Coast University nursing Fall 2012??? I am so anxious about getting in! I also applied to Edison, although I am not sure when we hear back about those apps.

Early April is what they told me! I was just accepted to Jacksonville University its a private school so pretty expensive. Anxious to hear from FGCU!

I applied to FGCU and never got the reply that I was told I was supposed to get via email. I've tried calling the office, but to no avail. I assume that they didn't get my application. I'm upset with how hard it was to contact the nursing program.

I also applied and the email I received said that I would receive an email notification at the beginning of April.

Hope I get into the program, only program that I applied to.

just found out i got accepted for Fall! anyone else hear anything yet?

found out I got in too! I'm excited...

I just got in too! Now im just waiting on further info which should be mailed soon :)

congratulations to all who've been accepted so far! i actually got my denial letter this morning i'm pretty bummed but i'm not giving up. i am taking the teas again in may and my gpa will be slightly better after this semester--so i will apply for spring 2013. for those accepted fall 2012, can you let me in on your academics? gpa? teas? and do you already attend fgcu or are you a transfer?

I just got this message

"This email is to inform you that your application to the Florida Gulf Coast University School of Nursing, BSN Program has been unsuccessful for Admission. You will be receiving a formal letter in the US Postal Service."

I didn't even think they got my application, so I'm not too terribly heartbroken. I didn't have my chemistry, so I think that my application wasn't valid.

I also found out I was accepted today. My grades were a 3.8 and 98 on TEAS. 96 on science section. That is for the person who asked.

Thanks! Do you already attend FGCU? I would be a transfer, so I feel that sets me back a little (obviously).
