Have you tried refresher and/or review courses? Having been out of school for 2 years, you may need reinforcement of the information you learned. Also look into what your issues were: test anxiety? learning disabilities? not knowing the information? Analyzing why you failed will help you take corrective actions.

Your issue may be learning how to apply your knowledge. Have you taken any NCLEX prep courses? It's important to do lots of question and read the rationales.

Get yourself an NCLEX book and do as many practice questions as you can, reading the rationales as you go. How you do on the practice tests will be a pretty good indicator of how you will do on the actual NCLEX. If you find yourself missing a lot of questions in one particular section, crack your books open and review those chapters. Best of luck to you! Failure isn't failure until you give up.

Thank you guys for the helpful advice, back to the drawing board I go. Failure is not an option gotta get over this hump so I can start prerequisites for the rn program
