Long story short, I just got out of an extremely toxic relationship. During one of our prior arguments, my ex had threatened to report me to the BON and told me I better "Find a new career" I have done nothing wrong but the thought of being reported for something, false or not , gives me so much anxiety. I have a license in both Illinois and Indiana. Does anyone know what the protocol is for something like that? Do they need concrete supporting evidence before suspending or revoking someone's license?

Anyone can make a report to the BON. It doesn't mean they will investigate. Still if it is truely a worry You might want to consult an attorney experienced in professional practice issues.
