failed twice Nclex RN

Sorry to hear this. I have not taken the Nclex rn yet but it pains me when i see someone in this situation. My advice is that content might be your problem as well as strategies. I will advice you get Sanders for Content and Kaplan for strategies or like this

Illustrated Study Guide for the NCLEX-RN® Exam, 9e by JoAnn Zerwekh MSN EdD RN. I read good reviews about it. I am waiting for the sanders 2018-2019 strategies that will be released on the 15th of September on amazon. For me i think I need both content and strategies. The moral and enthusiasm is always low after failing the first time. So take it easy and start afresh. You can do it. All the best.

How are you studying with UWorld? What I mean is I was a repeat test taker and the first time I used Uworld I feel like I didn't use it correctly for the way that I studied and learned, for example I did random questions because I said the Nclex will give questions in no particular order. Even reading the rationales and trying to understand I wasn't retaining anything. The second time I used Uworld I did the questions by systems. This helped me alot! I started retaining the information. Figure out a study plan and stick to it, I hope this helped!

Your not terrible just maybe you have test anxiety...... Just calm down and refocus I understand I have been in your shoes. Again I say I wrote down questions with UWorld the first time and failed. Again how are you studying what is your study plan? Do you study at work on breaks, do you study for hours at a time in a quiet environment? Just asking cause I want to help.

Hang in there! A friend of mine had to take the NCLEX 3 times and she is now an NP! I suggest you take a break from studying for awhile. Then consider taking a review course or two. If you get very nervous during tests, do some research on stress relieving techniques to calm yourself during the exam. Good luck!
