HEY GUYS:eek:alert.png

I FAILED ON MY FIRST TRY . SHALL I STUDY THE SAME CONTENT OR AREA I WAS TESTED ON NCLEX??? OR IS IT GOING TO BE ALL DIFFERENT!! AND HOW TO ANSWER SATA?? HOW MAY BOXES SHOULD I CHECK TO ANSWER. IS THERE ANY MINIMUM OR EXACT NUMBER I SHOULD CHECK TO GET IT CORRECT? EG: OUT OF SIX RESPONSES ,, SHOULD I CHECK ONLY 3 OR CHECK 4 OF THEM CORRECT? IT BOTHERS ME!! AND WHAT DOES ROUND UP YOUR ANSWER MEANS IN DOSE CALCULATION?

I would recommend taking a Kaplan course and reading a few books. These are questions that they address, and they help you to become used to the alternate format questions. They also teach you how to answer questions-- the NCLEX is really more about just knowing the right answer.

You will probably not get the same questions. There are thousands of questions in the test pool, there are only 265 that are chosen for you. However, there are only a few different areas of care. If you did poorly in one area of care, chances are that you will just as poorly in the same area of care if you took the test the next day with no additional preperation. So the breakdown will help you to focus your study habits in areas that you are weak in.

There is no set number in "select all that apply". I was told that it is never all or none, but can be any number in between.

"Round up" means to go to the next whole number, ie 2.2 becomes 3, 6.9 becomes 7.

Also, and this is unrelated to your post, if you take off the "caps locks" then it doesn't appear that YOU ARE YELLING. Don't worry, we all understand the urgency of your post. :)

In regards to the SATA, I just look at each option individually and see if it's true/false and if it makes sense with the topic.

In regards to your studying, focus on what your weaknesses are. My biggest issue is content. Or sometimes I realize that my mind wanders or I read things too quickly when I take practice questions. Find out what you're strengths and weaknesses are. I took a Kaplan course... I feel somewhat prepared but I haven't taken my NCLEX yet. So I can't give you good advice. =(

Good luck!

WHICH REVIEW COURSE SHOULD I TAKE NOW?? PLS RECOMMEND THE BEST!! AND ANY BOOK THATS WORTH OF BEATING NCLEX.......?? AND HOW IS THE LA CHARITY PRIORITAZATION AND DELGATION BOOK... I HAVE HEAD OF GOOD REVIEWS HERE.......... WELL, I M SO GRATEFUL TO ALL UR IDEAS..................

THANK U ALL!!!listen.png

For SATA type questions you mark the correct answers, no matter how many. Since the test is computer generated, you can expect anything and everything that deals with NCLEX. Study as if you had never tested before. Study everything, not just what you think you need to get by.
