i just found out that i didnt pass my nclex but i have a job that is waiting for me should i tell them the truth or not

    Always be truthful. How long before you can retake it? Are you going to do a review course or something? Best of luck and remain positive!

    Of course you need to tell them the truth. There is no way you can retake prior to your proposed start date is there? Ask if they can delay your start date until you are successful. Good luck.
