Extremely worried

I just finish my second week of NS and I have had severe headaches and nose bleeds ( which I never get either of) since last weekend, and my anxiety is through the roof!!! I'm not feeling stressed my body is saying something totally different! I was thinking of going to the dr but I don't want to be put in medication. Any thoughts?

Thoughts? Yes, new-onset severe headaches and nosebleeds can be signs of serious problems and you should see your doctor right away.
