I'm a new LPN...feels good to say that. I've been considering EC for a long time now. Right now I'm taking A&P2 and Adulthood and Aging at a local school. EC needs my license before I can enroll, so I'm waiting on that. I won't be able to make the deadline of Oct 1 (shucks). Not really sure if EC is for me...I'm a big procrastinator, but when it comes down to it I can get the job done.
I think I'm going to start out taking NC1 and see how that goes, if I do well I'll continue, if not I'll try getting into my local program (blah). I'm real excited to be going on to RN, I'll like to know if anyone is starting EC after the Oct deadline and what they think about it.

I don't think it's going to matter a lot. It's one more test, but each test will have a little less content. And a little more clinical examination, I think?
I also tend to procrastinate. What helps me is to schedule the exam with PearsonVue. Then I HAVE to do the reading.
