Hi,
This is my first time posting on here. I am planning to take foundations in nursing and reproductive health by exam. I just can't afford to buy new or used books from the website, they are so expensive. Any suggestion where I can find theses books at a cheaper price?
Thanks a lot in advance!

Good morning and welcome to allnurses! A lot of students rent the books from sites like chegg.com, so that might be an option for you. Going one edition back while buying used is usually a solid strategy as well. Good luck!

I found some of the books I needed for the Excelsior exams at Half Price Books. Look for used book stores in your area, they might just have what you need.
Oh! And check your library. Excelsior also has a virtual library that enrolled students can access, and some ebooks are available there as well.

You can also write down the ISBN number and enter those on amazon.com, eBay.com, and others. I purchased 2 or 3 books for my BSN from former students who used these sites to sell their textbooks when they were finished with them.
If you're not looking to start a nursing library at home, the idea of renting as previously stated would be your cheapest route all around. Just make sure you know what the return policy states.
