Ever interviewed with Hoffman Recruiting?

Has anybody ever interviewed with Hoffman Recruiting out of the financial district? They called me this morning after I applied to some jobs on Monster.com. I am so skeptical of everyone being new to this field and the whole interviewing process. They invited me to an interview as they recruit for Boston area hospitals. Any experience or suggestions?

yes i have interviewed with hoffman recruiters.its a very professional place everyone i met was very nice.my experience was that different recruiters work with different hospitals and places of business .based on your information ie your qualifications and what you are looking for in a position the recruiter works with you and the organizations to set up your interviews.hoffman will ask you for professional references .once you go for the job interview they deal with the salary bene's etc you then get an offer which you are free to acccept or decline .they work with you and the organization.it doesn't cost you anything the organization pays them .i had a good experience with them and worked with them to get 2 jobs.i also found in the boston market the big hospitals take forever to get back to an individual nurse looking for work .but using the recruiter gets you in the door quickly and they set the interviews up.hope this helps only speaking from my experience.

Hi I have interviewed with Hoffman once, they do eveything for you but remmember they are out to sell you and make a commision by filling the companys spot. You will get a lot of hits on Monster but just make sure you sell yourself and see that you'll be happy in your career choice, a happy nurse is a good nurse ;) PMSW
