GET YOURSELF TO A DOCTOR OR CLINIC Sounds like you may need some bloodwork, to be sure that you are physically ok. NEVER take your health for granted-job requirements are rough to handle, even whenyou are in good health

Sounds like stress, that is the exact same thing that happened to me. I went to the Dr. and she suspected stress even though I didn't really FEEL stressed, but to make sure she ran every blood test under the moon (of course I have the 300 dollar lab bill to pay now since apparently that wasn't covered in my preventive care LOL) and everything came back normal, actually some of my levels were better then I expected, anyway, so I make sure I get to bed at a good time, (7-8 hours of sleep) and every morning for breakfast I take a Vitamin packet from GNC (ones from food sources there is like 5-6 vitamins in the packet) a protein shake and an apple or banana.

I drink lots of water and try to limit my Caffiene intake, I allow myself 1 20oz diet pepsi.

Anyway, it has helped TONS!

We really can't give medical advice here. There are many things that could cause these symptoms, and the best person to determine the underlying issues is your physician. Good luck in resolving this.

thanks for the advice! i'll try the vitamin idea and water!!! i really sppreciate it!

If it started since school it's most likely stress, but as was said before, I'd go to doc or NP to rule out physical causes. Even if it is stress, they can address that too. Stress can turn into depression and, if you've never experienced it, the Big D robs you of everything that makes life good, leaves only the rotten parts and kicks the intensity of those up times ten. Ages 19 to now (21) of my life saw depression from stress ruin my GPA, all my friendships, my dating life and employment history, so trust me- the situation gets irredeemably ugly fast. Since nursing school hangs in the balance and you can't study or eat, it'd be best to go to your PCP.

Good luck!
