Endorsement

Out of state endorsement TO IL. How long did it take for your temp license? I'm supposed to start a new position working remotely, but it requires an IL license. I've already let my recruiter know that I'll need to push my start date back 2 more weeks and I am really hoping I'll have my temp license by then.

Specializes in NICU, ICU, PICU, Academia.

It took me almost six months (and I've previously been licensed in IL).

Specializes in EMS, ED, Trauma, CEN, CPEN, TCRN.

Geez, mine was much faster! I applied in October 2017 and had an active IL license in November 2017. I used a third party company to submit my fingerprints, maybe that helped. I also needed mine for an online teaching position. IL is known to be slow, so I was surprised to have my license in 4 weeks! And that wasn't a temp, either.

I applied to IL rn license by endorsement & my current job has a licensing team that handles those paperworks, paying for anything.

I havent received a TCN to complete the application.

How long does it take for everything to go through?

The TCN what email does it come from so I do not miss it in spam

If 3rd party (licensing team) is doing the paperwork. In the application do I put "yes or no" underr the question that I verified my licenses with nursys. ? Technically it was the licensing team responsible
